The Archives provides services through three work units: Reference, Research and Historical Photos; Records Management; and Micrographics. The Archives also sponsors or participates in workshops, conferences, and various other events pertaining to Wyoming history and the preservation and management of records.

Closure Announcement

The Archives will be closed Monday, February 20th in observance of Presidents' Day.

Reference Questions

If possible and appropriate please use e-mail to make reference requests to the Wyoming State Archives or to consult Archives staff. By reducing phone calls and the attendant note making, the use of e-mail will save Archives staff time and allow them to provide more efficient service.
